CubeStar
Star tracker
CubeStar is designed as a medium-accuracy, low-power, small-form factor, star tracker for CubeSat and small satellites. The low power is achieved by lowering the update rate to 1 Hz, using a wide field-of-view lens, and designing power efficient electronics. CubeStar outputs inertially-referenced attitude quaternions or matched vector pairs for use in an external ADCS application.
CubeStar can be added to our CubeADCS bundles to increase performance.
In orbit since 2018
