HEAD OF PEOPLE

Role Overview:
CubeSpace is looking for a strategic and experienced Head of People to lead and shape the company’s culture, organisational effectiveness, performance management, and talent strategy. As the custodian of all people-related frameworks, you will apply Industrial Psychology expertise to design and embed leadership, career, and performance systems that enable high performance and sustainable growth.
Working closely with the CEO and as a member of the Executive Committee (ExCo), you will align people strategy with business objectives, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure CubeSpace attracts, develops, and retains the talent required for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organisational design, role architecture, and workforce planning.
- Define and embed performance management, career frameworks, and leadership development.
- Shape culture, values activation, and employee engagement strategies.
- Drive succession planning, talent pipelines, and development initiatives.
- Apply behavioural science and organisational psychology to guide strategic people decisions.
- Advise CEO and ExCo on people-related risks, trends, and opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology; HPCSA registration preferred.
- 6+ years in organisational development, OD strategy, or senior people leadership.
- Proven experience in performance management, culture shaping, and leadership development.
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and executive communication skills.
